Tone of voice, brand voice, verbal identity - call it what you will, how a brand ‘talks’ and ‘sounds’ is just as important as how it looks. Working closely with strategy, I’ve created, refined and shaped the voice for a whole heap of brands including Marks & Spencer, Pizza Express, Iceland, Waitrose, Shangri-La and Holland & Barrett, with full guideline writing and the odd spot of training too.
