M&S SPARKS - LOYALTY SCHEME RELAUNCH

Working with Whippet

In 2020, M&S relaunched their long-running loyalty scheme, Sparks, with a new digital-first proposition and benefits. I worked on the brand identity, first creating the strapline line ‘Good things happen every time you shop’ (look around and you’ll see this being toted on the shoulder of many a shopper). Alongside this, I created all key messages, set the language principles, comms framework and wrote all the copy for launch, including a national press campaign, all POS, launch emails, all the UX copy in the app and even the self-serve checkout voiceover!).
