MY WAITROSE - LITTLE TREATS PROPOSITION

In 2026, Waitrose relaunched its loyalty scheme, My Waitrose. As part of this, they introduced a new proposition – Little Treats, a spend and stretch mechanic designed to reward customers as they shop. I created the key messaging and copy to unpack the prop in a simple and engaging way across all touchpoints in the customer journey, from awareness to conversion.
