Working with Waitrose in-house creative studio

For Valentine’s and Mother’s Day 2026, Waitrose invited customers to skip the speeches, forget the love letters and let food do the talking instead. I worked with the in-house design team to bring this idea to life, creating the copy platform ‘Say it with…’ to stretch across multiple products, contexts and channels for both events… with a few relatable insights and a little wit along the way. The campaign lines ran in store, online, in email, social and publications.
